Rules and agreements for using the Chill&Co Works AI Sales Assistant system.

Scope of Service
The Chill&Co Works system is designed to act as a chat assistant on LINE OA, utilizing AI technology to facilitate providing information and taking orders.
Purpose of Use
You agree to use this system exclusively for business communication with your customers on LINE OA. Usage for illegal or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.
AI Operation
Although the AI is designed to answer accurately, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all situations. Users should monitor and configure Auto Handover (switching to admin mode) to prevent errors in complex scenarios.
Prohibited Uses
Users must strictly comply with the following prohibitions. If a violation is found, we reserve the right to suspend the service immediately.
No Spamming
Users are prohibited from using the bot to send disruptive messages, propaganda, or spam to others without authorization.
No Illegal Activities
Do not use the system for fraud, deception, spreading false information, or any actions that violate the law or LINE Corporation's terms of service.
System Hacking
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or perform any action that may damage the servers or infrastructure of Chill&Co Works is strictly forbidden.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure the system can serve all users efficiently and stably, we have the following usage policy:
Usage Limits
Sending messages via AI is subject to the limits of your chosen package. If usage is unusually high and affects the overall system, we may consider rate-limiting or temporarily suspending your usage.
Limitation of Liability
Responsibility for Content
Chill&Co Studio shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the AI or from the subsequent use of AI-generated information.
System Outages
We will strive to keep the system available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions, whether caused by our servers or third-party APIs (such as LINE and Google).
Service Cancellation
Cancellation by User
You can cancel the service at any time by notifying us before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for billed periods that have already been paid.
Cancellation by Provider
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a user account immediately if we find that the user has violated these Terms of Service.
